Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped out Monday through Thursday to ensure your items continue to move through transit without sitting in the warehouse too long. All orders will come with a tracking number, and bigger orders may require a signature. No order will be shipped until payment is received. 

We take false charge backs very seriously, and will not tolerate it. With that said, any suspicious orders will result in a cancelled order and immediate refund. You will no longer be able to order from us ever again.

You may request a refund for the following issues;

  • Item(s) arrived damaged and/or defective. (photo or video proof required)
  • Items(s) are lost in transit. Customers may request a replacement and we'll cover shipping, or you may even request a refund.

Anything outside of the issues listed above we will not offer a refund and all sales are final. Never hesitate to contact us to ask for more information about products before ordering.
